Common questions

Do the widgets work without an account?

Yes. Core widgets — watchlists, single stock, news, indexes, market status — work with no account at all, and you can place as many as you like. A free account adds watchlist sync across your devices and the Market Digest, a whole-tape brief refreshed every 30 minutes while the market is open.

Which phones and tablets can I use?

Stock Widgets is available on Google Play for Android. The iPhone and iPad release is pending App Store review. One account carries your plan to every device you sign in on.

How do I subscribe?

Inside the app — choose Pro monthly or yearly. Purchases run through Google Play on Android or the App Store on iPhone and iPad. There is no checkout on this site, so nothing here can charge you. Your payment method, renewal and cancellation stay with the store you subscribed through, under Subscriptions.

Is broker linking safe?

Connections are made through SnapTrade with read-only access: we can display holdings and balances, we never see your brokerage password, and nothing can ever place, modify, or cancel a trade.

What exactly is the Portfolio Digest?

A short, web-grounded brief written about your actual holdings: why your movers moved (with cited sources), upcoming catalysts, and a comparison chart against SPY and BTC that ends exactly where the digest’s coverage ends. It is generated three times each trading day, with on-demand refresh. AI-generated — information, not financial advice.

What happens if I cancel during the Pro trial?

Access ends immediately — we off-board your brokerage connection right away rather than leave it linked. The 7-day free trial applies to eligible new subscribers on the Pro monthly or yearly plan. Cancel from the store you subscribed in: Google Play → Subscriptions, or App Store → Subscriptions.

How do refunds work?

Refunds follow Google Play’s or Apple’s policies plus any rights you have under local law. See section 5 of the Terms of Service.

How fresh are the prices?

Stock, ETF, and index quotes come from public market-data feeds and can be delayed; option prices and the portfolio marks built from them are delayed by about 15 minutes. Every widget and screen shows when its data was last updated, and Pro does not promise real-time exchange data. Nothing here is investment advice.
